Continue to check our website for special shipping offers through-out the year. Special offers may include shipping charges or free shipping depending on the current offer. Please check with sales associates to confirm the current offer available. (Low Cost $5 Flat Fee for U.S. Orders Only - Canada Orders have an extra shipping charge.).

We ship custom merchandise within 10 business days after your order is placed. (Holidays and Weekends may add extra delivery time). If you have ordered a customized product, we may require more time for delivery or personalization depending on the volume of the order. Our standard shipping charges cover most items. Certain heavy or over-sized items may have extra shipping costs.

Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it to check the status of your order.

All address plaque orders are custom order items. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at 574-220-7173 within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been placed into production or has been shipped we will be unable to cancel or change it.

How to Return Merchandise
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

  • Contact us at for instruction and correct address for returning your item.
  • Once you have the correct address for the manufacturer you will need to complete the top portion of your packing slip;
  • Enclose the return packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
  • Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
  • Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS.
  • Save the receipt for your records.

    Non-Defective Returns:: All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resaleable condition, with all parts included, or the package will be returned to your shipping address with no refund given. A restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

    Defective Item Returns:: If an item arrives damaged please contact us immeadiatly at 574-220-7173 or email us at Make sure to save all original packaging and shipping materials so a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will provide return instructions, as shown above, and we will take next steps to provide an exact replacement item.

    Non-Returnable Items:: ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. If your order is damaged during shipping please see return information above. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
