Custom Products: We thank you for ordering from We want to make sure you have received the product you ordered. Make sure to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Keep your original packaging until you have made sure you have received the exact product you ordered and you are satisfied with your purchase.

If your order was not customized to match your original order specifications your order may be exchanged within 30 days for a different size or for an item (of the same value) at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling charges. Any returns will be applied a minimum re-stocking fee of $20 dollars (each item) plus all shipping and handling charges. If the item purchased is valued less than $20, no additional fees other than shipping and handling will be applied. Returned or exchanged items must show no signs of use or wear. If item has been used or worn there will be no refund. If a receipt of the on-line transaction does not immediately follow submission of the order, customer agrees to contact company to confirm accuracy and receipt of order. No items can be exchanged or returned after 30 days.
